Mr. Jiaqi Hu is the founder of Julong, serving as Chairman of the Board since August 2023 and our Chief Executive Officer since January 2024. Mr. Hu is a senior engineer, a registered first-class construction engineer in China and a well-achieved serial entrepreneur, founding various large companies in the technology, construction and venture capital industries over the past three decades. He has established numerous successful companies, including Julong Online (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., Beijing Yihai Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Ltd., Shanghai Zhuangling Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jianshouzhe Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Zhongziyuan Creative Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Huiju Tianxia Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jinxiujiang Investment Co., Ltd. Before founding Julong, Mr. Hu held various leadership positions for over 10 years at the State Bureau of Building Materials Industry and its affiliated research institutions and enterprises, culminating in his position as General Manager and Senior Engineer.
Mr. Hu received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northeastern Institute of Technology (now known as Northeastern University).
Ms. Jinying Wang has served as a director on our Board since March 2024. Since August 2021, Ms. Wang has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Yihai Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., where she was the company’s legal representative from June 2020 to July 2021. From May 1996 to May 2020, Ms. Wang held various positions at Beijing Jianlei International Decorative Construction Co., Ltd., concluding as an audit director.
Ms. Yuling Bai has served as our independent director since January 2024. She brings a wealth of academic expertise and leadership experience to the role, with a distinguished career spanning over two decades at the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology School of Business. Since September 1995, Ms. Bai has held successive positions as Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor and Department Director at the institution. Ms. Bai also has international experience as a visiting scholar at Michigan State University from June 2006 to February 2009 and Liverpool John Moores University from September 2005 to January 2006.
Ms. Bai received a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in economics from Beijing Business School (now Beijing Technology and Business University) and a doctorate in management from Capital University of Economics and Business.
Mr. Zhaobo Liu has served as an independent director since January 2024. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Hande Intelligent Electrical Application Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a role he has held since April 2020. He has also been an external professor at the Hunan Institute of Science and Technology since May 1989. Prior to that, Mr. Liu spent over three decades at the State Grid Yueyang Power Supply Co., Ltd., where he held various positions, culminating in his role as the Deputy Chief Engineer. Early in his career, Mr. Liu worked as a factory designer and engineer at the Seventh Design Institute of the PRC Ministry of Machinery Industry.
Mr. Liu received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Hunan University.
Mr. Shengshan Sun has served as an independent director since June 2026. He currently serves as the standing director and the head of the academics department at the Dalian Criminal Law Research Association, positions he has held since October 2020. From September 1991 to October 2020, Mr. Sun served as an associate professor and the head of the law department at Dalian University. During this period, he also served as a member of the China Law Society and the China Education Research Association, as well as an executive director of the Liaoning Provincial Economic Law Research Association and the Liaoning Provincial Constitutional and Administrative Law Research Association. From July 1986 to September 1991, Mr. Sun served as a lecturer and the head of the International Student Office at Northeastern University in China. From July 1983 to September 1984, he served as a teaching assistant at Northeastern University.
Mr. Sun received his bachelor’s degree in civil and mining engineering from Northeastern University in 1983, and received his second bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in 1986. Mr. Sun received his master’s degree in international law from Dalian Maritime University in 2002.
